The QMS establishes clear procedures and work instructions, along with a QMS manual for our team to refer and implement. For every project, we prepare and follow a project planning process to ensure that the services provided result in high levels of customer satisfaction.
Our staff is committed to Continual Professional Development requirement, being monitored by regular performance reviews and an Appraisal process.
We value client feedback and use it to develop and improve service delivery standards. Our QMS is regularly reviewed to suit changing circumstances and improved methods of working by incorporating client feedback.
