Our organization has a robust structure with Technical and Operations divisions, managing the four departments for Design, Site, Contracts and Administration. This structure allows efficient and coordinated delivery. The Design department has six independent teams with a team leader for each discipline.
The Quality is controlled by dedicated QA/QC Engineers, and Coordination is taken care by Project Coordinators, who are also responsible for coordinating with the Site department. The Site works are dealt with Project Managers reporting to the Technical Manager. The Directors are responsible for overall Quality, Delivery, Supporting the team, and Client relations.
Our in house design team along with Associates based abroad, have international qualifications, experience and recognition. The team has sound theoretical approach and years of practical experience, working on various prestigious International projects in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UK, Sri Lanka and India.
Our team have worked on a variety of different types of projects including Office buildings, Maintenance facilities, Government buildings, Recreation complexes and Parks, Community centers, Gymnasiums, Schools, Commercial and Retail centers, Infrastructure, Railways and Metro Design, etc. Our staff is fully abreast with Regional and International requirements.
We have worked with many clients and consultancies providing professional services from the projects inception through to the handover. We have partnered with various consultants expanding their resources and capabilities. Depending on the client requirements, we provide overall design and supervision services, or limited and selective design support, including providing qualified professional technical staff on a limited contract.
Under the able guidance and support of the above projects team, our recently established Training division has professionals who prepare the necessary course contents, training programs, and lectures ensuring that students and professionals attending the training programs gain valuable knowledge and increase their technical competencies as per the industry standards.
